GIGI CARE (G&F Holdings LLC) holds a Provisional Private Home Care Provider License from the Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH), License #PHCP045381, issued June 12, 2026. This license authorizes our agency to provide Companion/Sitter and Personal Care services in Barrow, Walton, Clarke, Jackson, and Gwinnett counties.

A Provisional License is the first stage of licensure under Georgia's Private Home Care Provider Rules (Chapter 111-8-65). Once GIGI CARE has served the required number of clients, we will request an initial on-site survey from DCH to transition to a Regular License. We are committed to full transparency about our licensing status throughout this process.

GIGI CARE also carries liability insurance, providing additional protection and peace of mind for the families we serve.

GIGI CARE provides non-medical home care services only, including personal care, companionship, sitter services, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation assistance.

GIGI CARE does not provide:

  • Skilled nursing care or medical treatment
  • Medication administration or injections
  • Wound care or other clinical procedures

Caregivers may provide friendly verbal reminders to help clients stay on track with self-administered medications, but do not administer medication themselves. Clients with medical or skilled nursing needs are encouraged to coordinate care with a licensed home health agency alongside GIGI CARE's non-medical support.

In accordance with Georgia DCH regulations for Private Home Care Providers, every GIGI CARE client has the right to:

  • Be treated with dignity, courtesy, and respect
  • Receive care free from abuse, neglect, or exploitation
  • Be informed, in advance, of the services to be provided, their frequency, and associated charges
  • Participate in decisions about their care plan
  • Voice complaints or concerns without fear of retaliation
  • Cancel a service agreement at any time, with charges applied only for services actually rendered
  • Privacy and confidentiality of personal information

Clients and responsible parties are asked to provide accurate information about care needs, communicate openly with caregivers and office staff, and notify GIGI CARE promptly of any changes in condition or schedule.

A complete copy of our Client Rights and Responsibilities policy is provided and reviewed with every client prior to the start of services.

Every GIGI CARE caregiver undergoes a criminal background check through the Georgia Crime Information Center prior to working with clients, consistent with state requirements for Private Home Care Provider staff.

Personal Care Assistants are required to have completed a recognized nurse aide or competency training program, or to hold equivalent qualifying experience. All caregivers receive orientation to GIGI CARE's policies, client rights, and expectations before beginning client assignments, and are supervised on an ongoing basis.

Before services begin, GIGI CARE provides each client or responsible party with a written service agreement describing the services to be provided, expected frequency and duration, and applicable charges and billing arrangements.

Clients have the right to cancel a service agreement at any time. Clients are only charged for services actually rendered prior to cancellation; a reasonable charge may apply if cancellation notice is not given before a scheduled caregiver visit has already begun travel.

GIGI CARE treats all client and family information as confidential. Personal, health-related, and household information shared with our team is used only to coordinate and deliver care services, and is not shared with outside parties except as required by law or with the client's consent.

Information submitted through our website forms (Client Intake, Caregiver Application, and Contact forms) is used solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
